Guidance and Policy
Due Diligence
We do our part to only have healthy, unvaccinated donors as our associates, but ultimately choices are between the two people involved. People who refused the jab clearly see their biology as their own responsibility. Please communicate with and investigate your potential donor / recipient to your satisfaction.
Come, get some, but how?
With the help of a clinic? A cup of cum and a syringe? The natural and intimate way? This is entirely up to the parties involved. Communication is key, as always, particularly about something as important and intimate as this.
Lets talk about sex (baby?)
Humans have been doing it this way, well, since before they were human. Some believe it is better for conception, and that female orgasms improve the odds of conceiving. If this is the chosen path, that choice is entirely between the people involved. We hope you enjoy yourselves to the fullest. We expect all donors to have appropriate health screenings and check ups of course, and expect this of recipients as well before any of that intimate good old fashioned pleasure cums along.
Before, you pound it out…
Please do have every concern and requirement clearly articulated and in some way documented. Co-parenting? Visitation? No contact after and go your own way? An alternative to written agreements is to record a video conversation with both people present.
A suggested starting point, which may or may not suit anyone is:
1. Mom has full authority and custody.
2. Donor has no legal or financial responsibilities.
3. The child has the right to know who their father is once of legal age.
4. Any change to the contract is by mutual agreement only.
We do not provide legal advice.
Monetary Exchange
Should there be any agreement of this sort between the two of you, it is between you. Premium Sperm is not involved in this. Laws vary from place to place around the world. Selling sperm may or may not be legal. Selling sexual services may or may not be legal. In such cases, consider using terms such as “gifts” in exchange for “time spent”. Sperm donation does involve bodily energy, and does take time, as does the communication and scheduling involved. All that said, in comparison clinics are often very costly, and at this point clinics are not offering non-covid vaccinated sperm.
We are not the sperm police, or the donation government.
Nor would we ever want to be. We ALL fought for the right to bodily autonomy. Procreation is central to that. Premium Sperm is a connection platform, for people who believe this as strongly as we do. What happens between you is between you. Now, go be adults and make babies! 🙂
